Bush Craft Courses
Enjoy the freedom of experiencing the awesome New Zealand
bush by learning the skills necessary to keep yourself and
your group safe.
Learning which equipment, clothing and food to take on trips
is the beginnings of your bush knowledge. Also learn about
the environmental factors that the bush can throw at you like
a lost route, flooded river or snow storm!
We aim for you to become self reliant by learning to look
after your self (and others if necessary!) and our precious
environment.
The bush and mountains are not hostile but can be very unforgiving
to the ill-prepared or unaware so take advantage of our knowledge
and passion for the bush and prepare to get out there!

Bush Survival
 A challenging bush craft and survival weekend designed to
empower you with the skills, knowledge and mindset to cope
well in the New Zealand bush when everything doesn't go to
plan! Topics covered include bivouac construction, fire lighting
techniques and the psychology of getting lost.
